GRAMMAR PROOFING – $5.00/page* — Submission will be printed, marked for grammar/usage errors, and returned as a PDF with “red ink” markings. These errors include, but are not limited to: capitalization, punctuation, commonly confused words, hyphenated adjectives, pronoun case, split infinitives, etc.

MLA/APA DOCUMENTATION CHECK – $5.00/page* Avoid plagiarism by documenting sources correctly using in-text citations and a Works Cited page. Works Cited page is considered a page* (2 pages of typing + Works Cited page = 3 pages)

PUNCHING UP – $15.00/page — Suggestions will be offered for rewriting or rewording awkward sentences and adjusting sentence structure, as well as eliminating passive voice, correcting parallelism, offering more effective word choices, rearranging misplaced modifiers, and other usage errors.

DO IT ALL – $20.00/page — Includes grammar proofing, punching it up, and checking documentation.

The “FINE PRINT”

For pricing purposes, to be considered a “page,” text should be double spaced, 12-point font (Times New Roman), with 1” margins all around.

Rates will apply for each version of the same piece that is reviewed (rough draft, working copy, final version, etc.)

Rates may vary depending on document complexity and turnaround time.

Not responsible for spelling errors on scientific and other profession—specific words.

Final charges include any finance fees for payments.

*Minimum charge for any order is $10.
